Dean McLeod is an award-winning craft brewing industry old-dog, with over 20 years experience at more than a dozen breweries in British Columbia and across Australia. Dean has extensive industry experience, is a respected beer judge, and has designed, built and run several production-scale greenfield breweries and a whisky distillery. He has driven scores of efficiency, growth, quality, sustainability and safety projects everywhere he has worked (see gallery page).The “get it rite’ philosophy is rooted in a deep understanding of the brewing and distilling process, a huge network of industry suppliers and equipment fabricators, and a flexible approach to cost-effective solutions that can only come from real world experience.
